Pilot app difference between apple and android.

Had a quick flight yesterday didn't realise I was in Atti mod not a problem just wondered way it was moving around a lot in the wind.
I reailsed today when I setup the second TX with a Samsung on it, the marster TX has a ipad mini see photo on the android devices you get a warning flag I've have mark it in red, you don't get that on the apple app.

just thought it would be of interest.

Also mark in green notice the directions of the inspire.

I know they are two different apps. The Tablet definitely is a better platform. What it troubling though is the direction seems to be different for the Inspire. I wonder if they interfere with each other. If so that could spell trouble. I would be interested as to what DJI has to say about using two different platforms with one Inspire? What is the warning on the Android Device?

The map bottom right of each device is blur for some reason, but i can still see your location, and they look the same.

That was my observation. The compass headings are not the same. I can see that the location is the same on each device.

I wonder why the difference. Is the IOS  platform on the main controller? I am wondering if the main controller Is indicating the orientation of the Inspire and the slave is indicating the orientation of the camera. Is that possible? If that is what is happening that is one heck of a program!!!!!!!

I don't think you are doing anything wrong. The more I think about it I doubt that there could be a way for the slave to indicate the camera orientation. That would require a separate GPS for the camera itself. I think that the answer lies with the DJI guys as to the difference in the compass headings. Actually as long as the one on the main controller is correct there is no need to worry.

You stated that the error was that you are not in GPS Mode on the slave. The more I think about it the android on the slave only handles the camera, It probably doesn't know or care about anything else other than the camera.
