Above is the flight log. Within the first 4 minutes of the flight mavic pro made a free fall to water without hitting an obstacle.
It suddenly lost gps connection and got lost

I contacted dji asap. What should be next? Any advice on what went wrong?

Berk 4 , You had 3 different logs, this is the only one I can get readable data from -- it shows
            you did not suffer GPS loss --- I can be wrong and maybe the is more data in the other files
            that I was unable to retrieve --- Besides DJI analyzing your records, BudWalker is very good at
            retrieving flight data info from the logs , he is on this form and may see your post and comment
            on what happen .

Loosing gps will not cause your AC to fall out of the sky, that sound more like a power failure but I can't open those files, go to http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/ and upload your log and then come back here and post link.

Unfortunately those aren't the DAT files from the Mavic, which is what's most helpful to have to diagnose these problems.

First two dat files are not from a flight. Its where i started engines at home without propellers to make sure everything is working after the updates. Third one is the actual flight which lasted 4 minutes.
When the drone started free fall both remote and the drone itself had%70 battery.
Also as you can see from the picture of the area where it made a freefall there are no obstacles no trees or powerlines. So it did not hit anything as well.

What I am thinking is you might turn off props mid air by accident.

is it a free fall or just a landing? may be a drone weapon was activated. in istanbul police stations have that and might have used.

so it is your first flight and you are going out of your sight, over water and  wiith strong wind and weak signal? ok.

These are not good but they would not make the Mavic dropped out of the sky, IMO.

I think we will need to see the stick-movements from the playback. Can you provide those?

Also video feeding on your phone or tablet.

Looking at your log apart from some signal issues, this just looks like another unexplained power cut and drop out of the sky.
There have been a few, I can't see that you did anything wrong, this will be down to dji to explain why and if the give you a warranty.

Thank you for the feeback.  Few points:
A. It was at our sight at all times.
B. No birds were around at the time
C. This my third drone. So I consider my self as little experienced.
D. I did not turn off the proppellers but it disconnected suddenly

If you could let me know how i can get a remote playback i will also try to provide those

Laceyboy already uploaded your flight log and provided a link to it and the DAT file I was talking about would only be available if the Mavic were recovered, so other than doing a sync of your flight logs -- which I'm guessing DJI already asked for and you've already done -- I'm not sure there's anything else that can be done but wait to see what DJI says. Out of curiosity, though, can you enter your Mavic's serial number here and let us know what date is returned? In the meantime, good luck with your case and please let us know how it turns out.

Take off battery was 81%

I recharged the both batteries to full & conducted an update on both remote and the drone.
I check everything without propellers to make sure everything was working.
These are the reasons of %81 at take off

One more important comment:

The small man made island which was close to drone freefall has seagull repellers in order to provide comfort for tourists.
So bird crash theory is also out of question.

Although we should be able to trust that our Mavic's won't fall out of the sky, I go through a validation process with with my drones just to be safe. New Drone body? One low altitude test flight over empty land (preferably soft terrain). New battery? Two full test flights over land. New Props? Test flight over land. Yes the test flights aren't that interesting over an empty pasture but its worth it IMO, and its fun to fly around in sport mode and not worry about filming.

Good luck with your claim! Hope DJI does the right thing. Do you have refresh?

Had a look at your flight everything looks ok again no problems with stick movements or telemetry. I think it will be up to dji but I would hope they see it in favour of you, Good Luck.

There are no birds around the man made Island where drone made a free fall. There are bird repellers placed there for the comfort of the tourists.

It was a freefall. It did not made a landing to the water.
