For some reason with the new firmware installed, I am getting compass error and losing gps with just about every flight. It only last a second but I never had this problem with previous firmware.

Same this is happening here as well. Camera seems to wonder as well when this happens. It can happen a few times during a flight.

What bothers me most is that I did not have any problems before the new firmware

I had the same problem during the first flights immediately post update.  I have since emptied another 10 batteries without the gps loss.  I also had vibration that I had not previously encountered, but that also went away.  The main things I did were calibrate IMU about 4 times and switch off Multiple Flight Mode in the Pilot App.  I don't necessarily have reason to believe either of those things influenced the problem free series of flights I had later on.
