I am waiting for my mavic to be shipped out repair facility. It is in the same status after the repair and quantity process. Is there any way to speed up this process. I have sent emails to the Customer Service but they only apologize since they don't know when the unit will be shipped.

I sent my Mavic in the first week of April and by the end of April my was shipped to the wrong place. Now its going to be a month with the UPS holding my Mavic and DJI representative always tell me they are going to call and solve the issue but nothing happen.

DJI finally completed their test flight and quality assurance but now it's stuck on the shipping preparation step for a few days now. I'm sure it doesn't take that long to simply send a package back.
