Just am wondering if the DJI Ronin 2 will are can be compatible with an ENG/Broadcast Camera?  Obviously there will be some mods, but all in all could it work?

It might handle a Sony P1 broadcast camera with a broadcast lens (b4) mount.

You'll need a monitor to see what you're shooting though.

Hi, we bought ronin 2 to use it with sony hdc P1 camera..
Everything looks fine, first test rig showed that we need about 400 grams of counterweight to balance it, because camera is too light in comparation with lens..



Also i need to make dc power cable with angled XLR 4 pin connector.

It can be done. Been running a Sony XD 800 with a wide lens for a few years now. The ronin won't autotune with it but otherwise works fine.

How do you control ZOOM and FOCUS of the B4 Lens.. external Motors ... or is there a way to connect to the internal motors of the Lens?

Hi, i use tilta nucleus remote follow focus and zoom motor.  Or you can use original wireless transmision from eng lens manufacturer and use original zoom/focus demand.

I built it like this, on the top bar will be extenders from cinemilled but it didnt arrived yet..
Rods fits better from upper side because tilta nucleus motor wont fit because of ENG lens
