I think about how long can a remote control hold battery life? its becures i think 6 batterys to the Inspire 2 is giving me around 1 hour fly time, before i need to recharge them all.

the next is i thinking to add more batterys to my shopping basket but i don't know how long my remote control can hold life, i thinking to get 4 batterys more so i can have around 40 min more, but shut i buy one more controlelr to or can one hold battery life in 1,5-2hours?

The controller should be able to last 6 - 8 hours but you can recharge it from an inspire battery with the include cable.

what? are you seriouse? 6-8 hours for 1 charge for my controller? and then i can recarge it if i have a secound battery i not are using

My remote seems to neee charging after about 8 flights....

After 6 or 7 flights you should rechagrd to be safe

The Inspire 2 remote drains the battery much faster than the Inspire 1 remote. So far I have not completely run it all the way down. Looks like about 3 hours or so with a reserve

I don't think I had my glasses on when I read the OP, I thought he was asking about the I1. Seems odd that the I2 doesn't last as long as the I1 though, quite a big difference, different battery maybe?

Depends if you have the tablet charging toggled on or off. 6-8 hours sounds about right if tablet charging is toggled off. I usually run through 3-4 battery pairs per session at about 20 mins/pair and I'm fairly sure I don't recharge the RC battery  until after at least 3-4 sessions.

That would make sense Nick, same battery/RC setup but the mobile device is also draining power.

Once I get my camera back from DJI, I will do some testing. I might have the tablet charging turned on, I will need to look at that. Keep in mind that the I2 has broadcasting on both 2.4 and 5.8 which could take more power than the I1 remote setup that only uses 2.4.

I guess some more testing is needed to be sure what is going on

with Tablet on high charge I can get about 2.5hrs before the I2 RC is near unusable (beeping starts).  This is for constant flights (LIVE broadcasts) with minimal time on the ground between battery changes and a quick look at the camera lens and inspection of 'the deuce' (maybe 4 min's total on the ground).

Thanks, yeah i have 5 batteri's and i can se its fine, i can't use all the power on my controler before the batterys are dead so its cool, thanks for reply
