hi
in last sanday i made reservation for dji phantom pro advanced from dji.com.
so. i pay by paypal the cost of 1750 euro
in the paymant progress i see that i can alweys track the parcel what promised to arive to me
in 5 to 9 working days.
after payment completed i try to find the login user and password to log to dji.com to my account for follow the order
but to my email not arived any email from dji.com
so. when i see that i can't log to my account with my paypal email i try to use the "lost password" form to recover the password
3 days waiting for replay but no any email arive. i try to recover password several times. the recover password is showing me message that email send to my email with instruction how to reset the password but like say before. no any email arive to me
this account what i m using now here to post this thread is not my paypal account. this account i created just for this issue use,
so. what i need to do ?
how and where i can track the parcel?

I hear from them, please send an e-mail to onlinesales@dji.com with your PayPal e-mail address to ask for password reset, we'll help you handle it on our end.
why its so complecate to send me password reset to email avi@........family.com
to same email box. i don't asking to send it to another email box. this not have nothing to do with security
