I'm wondering about a component of my drone, the antenna wires ( part 97 ). What is the function of these wires? A drone is able to flight with this wires broken or.. what happen?

Those are your antenna cables that lead to the patch antennas installed within the AC for your 2.4 ghz FPV/telemetry.  With the cables broken the P3S will fly just fine, but your FPV/telemetry either won't work or will be extremely short range.

Beware, operating without antennae could cause damage to the transmitter output stage!
