In this second seasonal landscape documentary I'm planning for Big Bear Lake, soar high above the lake and forests and see the last remaining snow before it melts away from coming Spring months. Witness the sun slowly warming the mountains, giving way to a lush green land, hibernating during the winter season. "The Lake, and the Rising Sun" was shot using the DJI Mavic Pro drone, up at Big Bear Lake, California at elevation 2,050 meters during the start of Spring in March 2017.

Sure! I used Lumetri inside of Premiere Pro, which is actually very powerful now. I can then save out a .cube for a shot I like and then import it to another shot that is similar to give me a nice starting point (I did that with the sequence of ski mountains, vs lake shots vs tree shots).  You can adjust pretty much everything there.  When you shoot, just protect the highlights as much as possible so it doesn't get clipped and you can CC much better.  Sometimes it's unavoidable when it's super sunny in contrast like my over head snowboard shot and the snow reflecting off the side white hot.
