I purchased a Osmo mobile on Sunday, set it up with a new unused iphone 5s. I have watched the tutorial video and cannot for the life of me get active track to work. I tried it with another used Iphone 5s no luck and with a Droid razr Maxx.
Osmo has the latest firmware. In searching this forum I see some reports that it works with 5s and other threads say t doesnt. If this is not an option without a different phone I might need to return. Please advise

so.... any thoughts, I have watched 2 dozen videos, made sure firmware is current and tried a total of 3 phones with no active track. I tap the icon at lower left and attempt to drag box on screen. No green box, no active track. What am I missing? Beuler, beuler

"Hi, active tracking is not available for 5s, because of its relatively lower hardware."

Just placing it here to complete this thread for others with the same question down the road since getting a response from tech support is not going to happen.

Also does not work with Motorola Droid Maxx.

Trying s6 Samsung currently , seems to work great.

I have the same problem with the iphone5s, the acrive track doesnt work too
