Can you explain me why the Fan is always ON with my ZENMUSE X3 for OSMO (not with zoom Zenmuse X3 Standard)

My X3-zoom fan is on all the time, shooting or not.

Have you checked the "mute fan" setting in the controls? click - camera / audio control / mute fan

If I do not worry it's always on to cool the system, I also have the ZENMUSE X3 product, it works well for me.  Thank you for understanding

I found by turning it off it causes audio drops after extended recording sessions.  I would recommend leaving it on if you are using a quality external / dictional microphone.  

Hello thx for your help, but I sold my DJI OSMO X3 and i bought a DJI OSMO MOBILE.
I use it with a GALAXY S6 EDGE PLUS and I discover new problems, example no 4K option in DJI GO !!!???
