Good evening.  Commercial operator here in the Annapolis Valley.

If you are just looking for recreational guidelines, Transport Canada has a very good website for outlining do' s and Don't.

What kind of drone did you get?

I started out flying recreationally as I was waiting for my standing SFOC, now I am doing some realty work and some site surveys.  I just did my first wedding today, but it was very last minute and we didnt really get to coordinate, so i pretty much acted as overwatch on the ceremony.

Gotta love it when you get paid for doing something you enjoy.

What kind of drone did you get?

Good video, my phantom 3 advanced arrived today. Batteries being charged. Recd an email about an app upgrade coming so I don't think ill be flying anytime soon according to the email lol

EDIT:
Im up and flying now and the only problem i cant figure out after reading manual sev times and watching vids why its saying disconnected in the DJI GO app when im out side trying to use vid and camera mode and no transmission. Yet when im inside i have no problems with it really confusing me lol.

Any help would be appreciated

You mean the page that only gives you don'ts... can't fly much in Canada.
