trying to shoot video and not working. Still shots working ok.

Please provide more information so the forum members can help out.

Can you make a quick video clip showing you pressing the video record button on the RC or from the app.

You need to change from photo to video. On the right hand side of the DJI Go 4 app screen there is a white circle if it is in picture mode and if you tap on the icon above that, it will change to a red circle to show that you are now in video mode.

There is no need to change from photo to video... there are 2 buttons on your controller, one for taking photo, one for starting/stopping recording...
