Trying to buy DJI Care Refresh for my MAVIC Pro post 48 hour activation.  Found out about the Care Refresh too late after 48 hours.
Keeps on coming up with System Error after I fill in everything.  See attached screen shot.

I have confirmed with our DJI Care support team and the system is working fine currently.
Could you please submit again or change another browser?

Some progress on another browser.  However, this time it asks me to log in after I type in the details of the serial number etc.  Then it loops and asks me to log in again.  Then I type in the details again, and then it asks me to log in again.  etc...

Sorry to hear that, may I know you got it work finally or not?
Have you tried to clear your browsers cache then try again?
