Amazon kind of screwed me over. I ordered yesterday the Fly More combo with 1-Day shipping. Link to Amazon page here It was initially shipped and sold through Amazon LLC. So I contact an Amazon rep to get an idea of when it would ship, and they told me it was out of stock despite it being IN STOCK at the time I purchased it! So the rep had me go ahead and place the order again, but this time the instead of it saying "Shipped and sold through Amazon LLC," it was being sold by the DJI Official Store. Also said it was in stock as I was ordering.

I'm aware at this point I might as well be ordering through DJI directly, but I have an Amazon gift card I wanted to use.  Order details below.

Yeah I lost hope in Amazon. I had already accepted the fact that I wasn't getting it today but was hoping that we would have it by Friday or Saturday at least. Has anyone out there gotten any useful information from amazon regarding when they will be shipped. I ordered a white FlyMore combo.

I ordered through Amazon June 11th. Was told at time of order it was in stock shipping June 15th. Told today backordered shipping July 27th. This was sold and shipped through Amazon. CS advised DJI's Amazon listing may ship sooner.

I ordered a white fly more package from DJI on May 24.  Here's the response that I received:   What bothers me as much as it being late is that they charged my card right away rather than when it ships.    They will have my of money for a full month before shipping the product!  Wishing I had ordered from Amazon at this point.  (I thought doing that was illegal in the U.S. anyway)

They can't get their stories straight. I placed my order before 2017-05-25 05:00 and at the time of order it said it would ship by 6-15. I contacted support today and they said it wasn't going to ship until at least the 30th. Since I don't want to wait until the beginning of July I canceled my order and am getting something else.

Someone getting his order delivered to germany can tell me which carrier (DHL/UPS/Fedex/...) we can expect?

I am about to cancel my Spark entirely and go get a Mavic from Costco. Does anyone have any last minute way of talking me out of it?

That's exactly what I did and am feeling great about my decision. For $300 you end up with quite a bit more: better camera,  4.3 mile range over Ocusync vs 1.2 mile range over WiFi, better battery life, 40mph vs 30mph (not just so it's faster, but so it can fly in windier conditions), wireless connection to the DJI Goggles with better resolution and framerate, etc. Plus, you can have it all by early next week if add 2 day shipping for $16. My only regret is I didn't decide to do this sooner.

Ordered mine 2017-05-25 00:50:48 (UTC)  Still just at Payment Success  (Authorized only).  Maybe shipping today... maybe shipping 30th... dunno.

Does this company have its' act together?  I ordered my drone the minute the product even ended, was told that it would ship the 15th.  Talked to customer service this morning and they said it would be shipped by today.  Now talking to customer service and they are telling me I won't be in the first batch, but rather the second batch.  I honestly don't care if I get this thing next week or in July...I just want a firm date in order to make arrangements to get it from the delivery guy as I will be out of town next week.

If you can afford the extra $, then the Mavic is the wiser choice.

I'm not sure exactly lol, though it does say it's shipping from California, so I would assume it'd be a DJI warehouse here, stateside, meaning faster shipping? Who knows lol. Kinda bummed. Was hoping to get it by Eid to take some cool aerial pics of the fam.

Ordered Blue flymore through Amazon DJI Store on 6/5 (I know, late to the party).  Contacted DJI through Amazon and received this response today:

Thank you for contacting DJI Store.
Glad to tell you that your order is under the preparing and it supposed to be shipped out within about 1 to 2 business
days.We will try our best to ship the order out as soon as possible and will let you know the tracking number.
After shipping out, it will take about 3 to 4 days for you to get the package. So if everything goes on well, you can receive the product before June 23th.

I'm in the same boat. Escalated my concern to a supervisor and they were no help either. All they said was to send an email which I know won't do anything, but I did and spammed the hell out of their social media about my poor customer experience (and first time buyer). Never again!
