That´s because mine is going to Dusseldorf now

My order status has now updated to SHIPPED! However, like many others have stated I also have not received any shipped details per email yet. But I have to believe I am moving in the right direction... heres to hoping.

Just contacted DJI support, they said it might take till the 30th of June to be shipped. But, I am hoping it will be earlier.


Anyone ordered to be shipped to Dubai,UAE? Mine is going there.

My order just went into "Shipped" state but when I contacted support they said it was a glitch and that my order wasn't due to be shipped until 6/30. They also mentioned that this was their "standard" shipping date for the combo package. (sigh)

Lucky you!! Ordered the same but the CS keep telling me different date. Now they set me back 14th of July for the same destination. France! It's driving me crazy especially when you see people who ordered it later getting it!!

Ok so finally woke up today and it is now marked as shipped , I was starting to loose faith , no tracking number yet but they took the money from my card, for all of those checking with DJI CS don't believe what they said about your order shipping later or till the 30th , they told me yesterday that mine would not make it till the 27th , and I woke up today with the shipped status ,DJI CS has now idea what's going on in China, so keep checking your emails , I don't think people will have to wait till the 30th , hopefully everybody gets theirs soon

However, email received at 7PM ET (I'm in Massachusetts US) from Regina (DJI Online Store) says:

Your order is already processed and the shipping out schedule date will be on June 30th. Please do note that ship out will be base on first come first serve policy. Plus the actual delivery that would take within 3-5 business days from the day that the package is out from our warehouse. Once the package is already shipped out you will receive an email with the order information and the tracking number.

I am a little worried about all these orders that are now marked shipped but are still getting quoted by DJI support with a shipping date of June 30th.  I ordered the combo and was considering canceling the order and just buying an Alpine White (non-combo) so that I would have it for upcoming travel.  SO for now, while I am also marked "Shipped" but still told my shipping date is June 30th the only real difference is there is no longer a "REFUND ORDER" button on my account page.  My guess is DJI does not want a flood of people requesting refunds that are not happy with the June 30th shipping date.  There is your "thanks" for ordering early.

Oh I know the feeling.  I couldn't decide to have it shipped to my home or work.  Decided to use my home address.  Hopefully I'll be able to adjust my work schedule so I can be at home what ever day it's delivered.  I will be out of town one day next week and you watch....that will be the day it will be delivered and no one will be able to sign for it.

Why would they care? They already have your money...
(I'm in the same situation, similar order time)

I wish DJI Offical Store at Amason would allow me to re-direct its Fedex shipment to a holding location instead.

Check your Fedex tracking. My delivery just slipped from Tuesday to Wednesday 6/21.

In transit but "Package received after FedEx cutoff".

This process is maddening. I'm officially upset. The reason to do a pre-order seems to offer little to no value vs ordering later via Amazon. Unreal.

Not only that, if you "didn't make the cutoff" your order is likely now marked as Shipped even though it won't ship 'til the 30th.

Being marked as Shipped means you can no longer cancel your order to order from elsewhere. Lame.

To all of us who didn't get their drones, yes. But DJI gets easy money for nothing.
Upset is a very delicate word. I'm angry. This is an example of how to NOT treat your customers.

Yes, June 21st for me too. Didn't make the cutoff time. A bunch of slackers!!!!!
