Anyone that ordered through Amazon (White Fly More Combo through the DJI Official Store vendor) on or around 6/15 get theirs shipped/received a tracking number yet? I reached out to CS and was given a window of 6/16-6/19 for shipping and delivery by 6/26, but no detailed shipping info or tracking.

I ordered a white Fly More on 6/15 on Amazon through DJI with estimated delivery 6/21-6/26. No shipping info yet.

Mine says Authorized as well.  Isn't "pay confirmed" the step before authorized?  I hope so.  I'm on the opposite coast in Massachusetts.

Fly More Combo - Lava Red; shipping to USA/NJ

CS tells me that the combos will start shipping on June 30th, FIFO When I placed the order, it said shipping June 15th. I'm disappointed I won't have it for the July 4th holidays as I leave on June 28th.

White fly more combo. Ordered on dji website on 5/31, cancelled when they notified me it would ship 6/30. Ordered on dji store on Amazon on 6/15. Marked as shipped today!

This makes me wonder if DJI is giving priority to those who contact customer service to check on their order and/or complain about the shipping.

I contacted CS about my order on 6/16 and was told it would ship within 3 to 5 days. I then wrote on their facebook and was told by their facebook team that it would not ship until 6/30 because I ordered a Fly More bundle. Lo and behold mine is shipped and set to arrive Wednesday 6/21.

So after 1 day of "Pay Confirmed", i just got an email from Dji that's my order is officially shipped!

I'm in Paris - France, and it's DHL Express for delivering.

[Now it's : "Shipment information received        LONDON-HEATHROW - UK"]


So even if the CS told you that it's only shipping about the 30th June, i think it's an automatic response from them... It's not accurate at all and for me it's way before!

Can't wait! And finger crossed for all of you guys who are waiting!

I contacted chat support and asked for an update on the shipping and got the standard copy and paste response we have all been getting. Asked based on orders in the forum if I should order from Amazon instead as they seem to be shipping sooner weeks after my order was placed. Got no real answer to my question but instead a standard​ "I'm sorry, simply following the system to set customer expectaions". Disappointing to hear no business ownership from the reps I have spoken to so far but it may also be the direction they were given. I will sit and wait I guess.

Good to hear, I am in the same situation, my order passed to "pay confirmed" yesterday, but still no shipping...

I ordered the Lava Red Fly More Combo on 5/25 through Amazon - DJI Official Store. When I placed the order, like others, it was showing shipping date of June 15, but still no shipping update as of now (besides the generic "Arriving Jun 29 - Jul 17). Contacted Customer Service a couple days ago and they informed me that my order was set to ship June 30 or July 1. I'm in Kentucky.

Anyone who ordered through DJI Official Store on Amazon that received theirs already, did you get the micro sd card with it as well?

Ordered meadow green on 5/25 direct from DJI. Nothing has changed. When I did order, the expected ship date was June 30 so I guess I have no complaint until then

Woo hoo!  Ordered on 5/26, and just got shipping confirmation from DJI this early AM.  Scheduled to arrive on Thursday!!  original shipping ETA was 6/30, so I'm happy it's arrived a week or so early.  This is the white frymore.

DJI has gotten mostly everyone else's order onetime so far! mine was only a day late but DJI still shipped on time!

Well mine spent a whole day in Lantau HK , with no movement , today when I woke up it said it was in Taiwan , my schedule delivery is tomorrow , so hopefully it will make it on time. Of all the people that received theirs already and posted tracking info here I never saw a single one going from Hong Kong to Taiwan.

Received an "Order Confirmation" on 5/28.
Since then I've noticed my order has only shifted from " Payment Reviewing " to " Payment Success ", though I haven't been charged yet.
Contacted CS today and was told the same as most -  "Shipping out on June 30th or later...you'll receive an email when it ships....blah blah blah...."



Curse me for wanting yellow...

Mine changed to TA YUAN HSIANG TW and the only flight originating from that location goes to Anchorage AK As I'm typing flight is 1 hour and 20 minutes away from the US, will clear customs pretty fast since it's consolidated already.
