Ordered june 27th, with delivery in 5-7 days, which would be tuesday july 4th-thursday 6th.
When asked they said it would ship june 30th, which seemed about right.
Now they're giving me BS about it being first come, first served and they using "shipping date" instead of "delivery date", saying it will ship around july 14th.
The order page clearly says: "delivers in"... If you mean "ships in", change the damn page!

Same happened to me.. order date 2017-06-17 12:05:01 (UTC) FMC white. After the CS told me 4 days ago it'll ship on the 30th I contacted them again because my order status didn't change, and just now they told me the estimated shipping date will be between the 07.17-25.

Customer who contact customer support are automatically added to the delay list and will get shipping date at the end of July. This is the price for impatience

Reading answers from CS published here I see the same pattern and automatic calculation of the dates, maybe answers are provided not by real person, but by deep learning neural network ...

In DJI store its say clear "after payment confirmation".

This is not conversation of defending somebody. If people can't say clear in 2 sentences about their issue in full details I am not expecting much from them.

Most people are here to get more info and do pre-estimation based on real cases shared here. Many posts are useless because are not containing complete information of issue and just create nothing more than negative background and panic.

Few posts above yours user shared real experience that he alreay received item regardless CS etimate in late July. So what is the point to have concerns about this? I was reading on DJI rumors website before that DJI planned to start shipping on June 30th. So everything processed faster is good thing and is above schedule.

Pay Confirmed is not immediate status, if you understand basics of payment card processing first card is authorized (bank checks if your card is ok and if you have enough funds) and funds are reserved on account, but are not taken away.
Funds were taken from my account only after Pay Confirmed status (not in the moment of order) and I see that transaction is fully processed now in my Internet banking.

At the very least CS should get their act together.
When you order an iPad you know the exact dat the thing will end up on your doorstep. DJI can do the same, instead they choose to tell their customers a new story everyday.
Its the same as with the Mavic.
And not just with direct customers: retailers around the world haven’t got a clue what, when or how many Sparks they’ll receive cause DJI doesn’t tell them...

I guess you don't understand how it works. My money was taken on 2017-05-26 and I got Pay Confirmed status on 2017-06-19, one day before shipment. And 5 days after the estimated delivery date.

I've been charged (full amount debited) and no shipping info. Been that way for a week and a half! Customer service told me shipping by 30/6, then I was told it may be 24/7 and were really quite rude!

This is how it should work. But it doesn't (another lie from DJI). My bank logs tell me that the money was taken on 2017-05-26. And whenever I bought something from Amazon, my money was taken just before shipment.

You can try to contact the sales team by e-mail. They at least knew some details about my order and were really helpful. The chat consultant told me about the 30/06 (or even later) date and by e-mail I got information that my Spark was ready to be picked up by DHL.

Another Spark Fly More Combo order here (Order Time: 2017-05-27 22:35:51 (UTC)). I did chat with the online rep. They stated my order would ship after the 30th. My status hasn’t changed from pending, but I’m sure this drone is way more popular than they thought it would be. I’ll wait, and it can be a nice surprise at the office one day soon.

I have been in contact with DJI Sales Support for the last few weeks, they said it should be shipped on 30th of June or even before if I am lucky. So far nothing and spoke to them today, they said they are preparing it to be shipped. They say first ordered first shipped. But, what I read from this thread is that some people ordered after me and already received their Sparks.

Finally its shipped, after a month from placing the order. But, the shipping company is BSI, which I never heard of. Found one thread talking about this company. (https://forum.dji.com/thread-75000-1-1.html). From the replies,  I can sense it will be another struggle

My order (placed 2017-05-27 02:26:49) changed to status shipped last Sunday 6/25 on the desktop site. Mobile status page showed shipping pending and shipping company as FedEx. Waited all week and no change. Contacted support on Thursday and they said it would ship after 6/30. Tried again Friday morning, now they said the status is "packaging in the warehouse" that it would ship FedEx that day. Still no update. Contacted support again today asking to cancel (tired of the BS) and they said it has shipped, but it is awaiting courier pickup then the tracking number would be transmitted to me. If I don't havbe a tracking number by the end of the day tomorrow I am raising hell. Their order system is ridiculous.

Any other company even if the package isn't picked up will still have a tracking number. Once it is packaged to be shipped and the label created, it is in the FedEX/UPS/DHL system. While the tracking will take an hour or so to show up in online tracking it will show up and say it is awaiting pickup or like UPS it will say, "Billing information received"

I waited pretty patiently throughout June knowing that I placed my order a couple days after the launch. As I started seeing orders of combos shipping I watched the thread more intently, expecting my order would ship soon. I contacted support and was assured, my order would be shipped on or BEFORE June 30th. As the time got nearer is when I started seeing reports in this thread of customers (in the US) ordered after me receiving tracking numbers and their combos. Then I finally started to get antsy, feeling I should be getting a tracking number any minute now. But to no avail still no tracking number. It has really turned me off the the product and DJI in general.

I took call to DHL... They checked status, and told that package has been sent by DHL Economy, what mean ground transportation. Current delivery for me will be Monday

According tracking, my combo has sit on delivery van about 14 hours, so I'm not belive delivery to happen today.

Maybe something finally. After trying to be patient I keep having to ask them. So my order has been in packaging status since the 26th. A process they say should only be one day...

As per the order system, your order is under “packaging” status now. It means the items of your order are being packaged in the box by our coworkers in the warehouse now. After being packaged, your items will be handed over to the courier for shipment. Generally, this process will not take more than 1 days.

That was the process it was in on Friday morning

I'm right there with you. Would love to know who is running their logistics department as there are people who are waiting more than a month for just a shipping notification when people are receiving units after two days.

Also ordered 5/26, Sunrise Yellow Fly More Combo..... no status from DJI, and they have had my money for over a week already!

DJI SPARK RED FLYMORE ordered 7-6-2017, several attempts to contact customer services, should have shipped 30/6 but then everything changed to 27/7, thats a whole month later, and the first lady i spoke to at DJI told me they had stock issues, but the day after there were no stock issues at all, well then, their logistics must suck big time. I feel i am being taken for a ride here.
