I've ordered mine on:   2017-05-28 22:43:19 (UTC).  A few weeks later, the status changed to "Shipped" with no delivery date.  Three days ago, it "Shipped" was removed and it's now only on "Payment Success".  lol.

Does your bank still pending the payment, I'm ordered on June 10 and unitl now not recived any shipping notification like you. And my payment on my bank already remove.

I paid via credit card (dem free airline miles + order coverage and extended warranty, yo!) and the payment was processed immediately.

Alright, just got my shipping notification tonight, July 4th around 8:30pm CST.  While most people are showing shipments via DHL, mine is showing FedEx. The FedEx tracking # isn't populating yet, which means that DJI's China/HK branch probably registered the shipment with the service but it hasn't been picked up and processed yet. That, or there is a delay in the information (this is often the case - had a 3 day lag in info for my Razer Blade shipment from Taiwan, and Digital River delivered my phone before they cleared my payment, back in 2015).

I'm hoping for a delivery this week, but we'll see.

Anybody get their RC yet? Don't think mine has shipped yet.

I ordered a meadow green fly more combo from BH Photo on 28 May because I had a gift card... well, it's been back ordered with no ETA in sight.  So, I cancelled that order and ordered a white fly more combo (seems to be the most readily available color) direct from DJI on 04 July, but not before confirming via chat service that the unit will in fact ship 1 - 3 days after payment clears (per the published ETA). A nice person named Jerome said that it would.  Placed the order, paid via paypal, and much to my delight, payment status was changed to "confirmed" a couple hours later.  Here's hoping that everything runs on time as I just wasted a month with BH Photo.

I'm not quite sure why so many people are complaining about being charged the instant they ordered because I was not actually charged until the day my drone shipped.

Just because status says "payment confirmed" doesn't mean that they've actually submitted a charge. If that is the case then I find it bizarre that they pick and choose when they decide to process a charge from person to person.

Another day, another non-answer from support. I'm very upset at this point. Not because I've had to wait the time. I ordered knowing it would likely not ship until June 30th. What has me upset is on the 26th when the order was marked shipped, then every single day after that expecting to see a tracking number show up. Only to get the same canned answer out of support. Only when you pry information from them do you get anything. Like how my order was in packaging status as of Monday the 26th. The status was meant that my order is in the warehouse being put in a box. It's now coming up on SEVEN business days in that status. Something is wrong. My issue is being escalated but that is all they will say. Did they run out of Meadow Green combos where my order is being shipped from? Did my order sheet fall off the table or get stapled to another order?

I don't even know if I will keep this when I get it now. If I can't get a straight answer out of them before I have even received my order then what will happen when I need support with the Spark itself. I have asked multiple times for them to cancel my order and am told I can't because its in this mythical packaging status. I would have to wait until I receive it and then return it.

I looked at paypal and the money was most certainly taken out of my account on the same day as the order was placed. Maybe this is unique to using paypal as the payment option?

You have not read Q&A on DJI website. I pasted this link at least 2 times in last days.

Payment --> 2. When will I be charged for my order?

1. Paypal do not have temporary authorization, so its not good option to use paypal for DJI product after launch (pre-order), because funds will be taken immediately and you will not have options to see real payment before shipping like on regular payment cards.

2. Its also not good option to purchase product just after launch, because temporary auhtorization will exprire in 1 month and you will be charged regardless (this is again #1).

According to my observations the best option to purchase product in 1 month from launch after real shipping cases confirmed, buy regular color (white, as in stock) and buy 5$ sticker or paint it to make it different, anyway color on the top is for birds, but it will significantly can impacty delivery.

The shipping company  delivering my Spark is not well known, seems  like a Chinese company.  I contacted the support to check why I am unable to get any result from the tracking page when I  search for the given tracking number. They replied back saying, we understand you are worried. But, it will take few days to deliver. I was like what the ****. They didn't answer my question, where the good thing, the tracking page is giving enough information of my shipment. I don't need to contact support anymore, hopefully!

It seems that they ship in bulks. I found out that there are like 52 packages along with mine which will be delivered to the same destination.

I got the DHL notification before the dji one!

Got my notice from DJI saying shipped on 7/4/17 with tracking number for Fedex
Fedex did not have it in their system until 7/5/17
I was originally to receive it this Friday 7/7/17
Fedex received my package from DJI after the cutoff time so now I am suppose to get it Mon. 7/10/17
It was shipped from SHENZHEN , CHINA, went to HONG KONG and  now its in transit to US.
I think Sunrise Yellow is the last color they are shipping, since I see so many other colors has been shipped already.
