ordered my sunrise combo on 5/2217

Got my notice from DJI saying shipped on 7/4/17 with tracking number for Fedex
Fedex did not have it in their system until 7/5/17
I was originally to receive it this Friday 7/7/17
Fedex received my package from DJI after the cutoff time so now I am suppose to get it Mon. 7/10/17
It was shipped from SHENZHEN , CHINA, went to HONG KONG and  now its in transit to US.
I think Sunrise Yellow is the last color they are shipping, since I see so many other colors has been shipped already.

When it says departed, that mean it should be already in transit to the destination, you will not see anything until it gets to next destination.

From another German forum they say its a customs problem and DJI is working on getting the papers to the customs in china to prevent future delay in the EU countries.
Checking other tracking data the UK hub usual scanned 4 days later so that should be on Friday.

Mine got the same tracking info's so lets cross fingers that we get it soon ;)

I ordered 1st July  yellow Fly More

get 1 day after Payment success (Payed with visa)
get 4 days after shipped
waited 2 days (until now) and now i see the shipped icon is grey again.

i checkd my Credic Card and i say the get yesterday 07-05-2017 the money for Fly more (799 euros)

was yellow fly more a problem?

when my Order was marked as shipped io got no tracking Infos:

and it says:

now, the shiped icon is grey again and the Tracking site says now this.

i have the exact problem with my yellow fly more ordered on 1st june.

btw TBA means "to be announced"

did i get automatic a email with tracking information, when it is really shipped,

or did i have to try every 30 minutes on the site https://m.dji.com/orders/tracking to get actual info when its tracked?


is thewre a change to get it in the timframe 14 days since 1 July?

when i was odering it it says 6 to 11 days, or did it came usualy to late?

Now my issue is being forwarded to the logistics department after another contact with customer support today. After the representative first tried to tell me great news about it being in the packaging stage (been in that stage for 8 days now). At this point I don't even want it anymore. The White non-combo I ordered from Apple will be sold on eBay. I'm done with the Spark and done with DJI for now at least.

Arrived 4 days after "Departed Shenzen" in the UK now on its way to Germany - so we can assume it takes them 4 days from China to the UK

I changed my address to the right address on Wednesday and a little later it was sent to Dhl. Now it is in shipping to Finland from Shenzhen by DHL. I am going to a vacation later today so I won't be able to get it until Monday.

Same here except destination is Croatia. I wonder why it wont update the status. Can't take them 3 days to fly that thing to Europe.

They are pretty optimistic, I contacted my local DHL service and they contacted the DHL in China to ask why the status is not updating.
Well it's always the same, I am waiting since 4-5 weeks now but those last 2-3 days are always the WORST!

for me it was. i got 'shipped' marked around June 20 (ordered May 30) but not shipping notification, then the 'shipped' mark went gray and then yesterday, July 6th i got a notification from DHL for delivery (Yellow FM combo). estimated delivery July 11. From London to Milan.

My meadow green Fly More Combo (ordered on June 6) was shipped on June 29 and went across half of Europe - UK, Croatia, Austria and finally Germany where I live (Damn DHL, WTF???) - and is out for delivery today. Should have been delivered on Monday however. I contacted DJI support several times via phone and online chat but they were not able to assist me in any way, telling me they weren't responsible anymore. Feeling quite disappointed with DJI.

This looks like DHL ground (not air). I see very similar DHL route if I order stuff from Sports Direct using economy shipping.
But Gatwick is airport This is interesting ...

Yours was at least actually put in a box and shipped with a tracking number, then DHL wasted time.

Mine is still being "packaged" for over a week.

This is not DJI product, another DHL shipment from UK to LV.
Same incorrect location: Croatia, looks like DHL bug.
For people in Europe, if your package is delayed, look for it in Zagreb Croatia

Well what a surprise, I though I was schedule to receive my package on Mon 7/10/17 but FedEx has just delivered mine this morning ...  5/25/17 - 7/7/17.  It sure was a long wait. I hope it was worth it .

I ordered the Fly More from Amazon on 6/10, so far, Amazon has changed the delivery date 4 times pushing it out later each time. It still says 'shipping soon'. The latest change says delivery Wednesday 7/12.

Mine stuck in Shenzhen too, ordered 6 June, hope I get it beginning of next week, but you never know with DJI, RED Combi Spark ordered.

if your last entry is "Departed Shenzhen" on the 5th, then the next scan will be EAST MIDLANDS, UK on the 9th - its usually 4 days. Its normal that you don't get any update during transit.
And "departed" does not mean the plane took off ;)

Man DJI support and delivery sucks, why the F would you put a wrong estimate in your website and never meet it? i wonder how accurate is the product compared to the ads?????? and the support team! man they are useless.

A lot of people after me have received their combos. Maybe green is an elusive color, but someone else in this thread ordered one after me and received theirs.

Mine has been in the same packaging status since June 26th, so either they screwed up and my order is essentially "lost" on the shipping floor or they don't have green combos to ship (which doesn't make much sense because some US orders have shipped from China). They have told me a few times now my case is escalated but nothing has happened.

As a joke today I ordered another Meadow Green combo. I'm curious to see which one shows up first.
