Recently I did some tests with the DJI Mavic Pro in regard to travelling distance in various modes. Today I tested the battery life, will it last longer than 27 minutes, which is the given flight time on a single charge?
For this test I entered fixed wings mode because of it constant speed, the Mavic flew around 15 - 16 km/h, at this speed it came suprisingly far Also, it was not to windy that day and I switched off as many sensors I could.

When battery was new, think did over 23 minutes once according to airdata. That was running poi over a large area around the same speed.
Did you have a lot of wind that day? Did you drain the battery under 10% or landed before?

Landed I believe with around 10%. I run older firmware from december. Have to check old airdata records.
** Looks like the ones from december already gone. Guess too many records for free, but here's one from feb was 21 minutes in the air. Notice the battery temp. Only 111 degrees and had around 15% left. That's pretty cool for the mavic battery. Ambient was even cooler in december. Flew over the weekend and think got around the same. In sport mode full out seen it as low at 11 minutes in air. You want to keep the battery under 140 degrees.
What I notice from Inspire 1 is that the battery capacity deteriorate steadily after each charge. For sure, this will affect your flight time every time you fly.
