just remember it's showing what is allowed for commercial under 2kg operations, though if you follow those you'll be fine for recreational ops too.

you can down load a app can you fly there it tells you rules flight log wind speed ect and it is free

Many of you may not be aware, but the CASA app is being retired and will be removed from the various app stores. CASA have decided that they're not in the app dev game (reasonable), but can provide the data to be used by those who will develop such apps. Their website states that they will provide links to developed apps for Australia, and so far I think there's only one - OpenSky.

So I've downloaded OpenSky and had a play with it. It works, but  veeeeeeery slow to map the restriction zones. Sigh.
