The 818 area code is not a toll free number from Canada.  Could DJI provide a toll free number for Canadians?

If you really wanted to do something for your cutomers you would improve your customer service and repair turn around time for repairs.

I have an open inspire case, DJI is unable to send the shipping label, what is the North America repair shipping address?

I think DJI Activation Server has some issues, but I'm not able to create a new thread.

My words exactly! Back in the Day of the Electronics Boom 70's 80's The Japanese Had the best customer service on this planet! They took a lot of Pride in all of their parts and Products, the Chinese have a long way to go with their Customer Support, they have to be the Worse in the World, even the Russians have Better Service than anything in China.
