Dear Sir or Madam,
Yesterday, May 25 2017 at about 7 pm, I bought a Mavic and Care Refresh. I was told I would receive the Care Refresh electronically. Subsequently I learned that I need to activate mt Care Refresh within 48hours. I contacted vendor (they were closed when I learned this) by email. They sent an email saying "go to www.dji.com". Of course this is where I learned that I only have 48h and need the activation code (Catch-22).
I cannot find a phone number for the DJI site.
Now I do not know if I should purchase ANOTHER care refresh while I still can, or wait until the vendor (Unique Photo, Fairlawn NJ) replies.
My comments on this thread are intended to provide verifiable information that I have attempted in good faith to fulfill the 48 hour requirement to activate my DJI Care Refresh.
