updated dji go to 4.1.0 on android, Galaxy S5, works fine but my flight total time was reseted to 17 min.

Was the same problem with version 4.1.0 but has resolved, but now with version 4.1.3 the problem has re-emerged

Hopefully just a link problem with total time flight and account total.

Also updated and no issue I don't really understand what all the fuss is about. Regarding your flight time, have you tried re-syncing your flight logs? I had something similar happening and just refreshed and perfect.

yep, i do a refresh, logout, login, syncronize...but nothing...all my  flights are there but the total time was reseted to 17 minutes...i have maibe 5 hours of flights there...

Hmmmm strange. I do normally get something similar when I am not in my local server, apparently DJI uses one server for China and another one for outside of it, so you can get different data, maybe this is the case for other countries. Maybe Mindy will have a look at this post and raise the question above.

DJI GO 4 v4.1.0 stopped working this week. Out of the blue got a message: Unfortunately, DJI GO 4 has stopped.  Options are Report and OK.   Tried both. Neither changed the fact the App does not fire up. Uninstalled and re-installed from Play store. Same problem.   I was expecting an upgrade this week but did not expect the App to die.
Anyone else experiencing this on a Samsung phone?

If you uninstalled before installing it again erase the cache and the residual files. That might probably help.

thanks. tried it but no go.

Same issue here... total flight time was 1hr30min now only 5min. All logs are present, but total time and distance remain te same after resync.

Keep up the good work DJI

I have no error except the total flight time on my Galaxy S5
No one from DJI wants to answer us?

You are brave for trying new updates, I normally wait at least 2 weeks before updating so I can see through the Google machine if anyone has been having issues, again, you are brave.

Should be able to set this in litchi. Worth buying that app.

Same issue here... total flight was 12hrs45min now only 7 minutes total distance was 39,340 mts now only 12mts. All logs are present  ... after  update I flew 4 times by 1h10min and 4,000 mts but my total distance and total flight time dont vary ..... i made several resync but the issue persist.

Same here.
App works fine, details are almost ok the last flight is missing.
Refresh, log in-out, re-install log in, nothing seems to solve the problem.
Incorrect overall data.

As I have seen so far, most of the android users in Europe have trouble with their total flight time and nobody wants to tell us anything that would be the cause

I  use IOS and the Art is there and has been for a while. I can't speak for Android.

Welcome to the famous DJI club of Android code errors.  

DJI has corrected an error in the code that shows the maximum flight altitude. At the same time, a lot of errors have been added to the surrounding code in the status calculation.  

Hope it is the business trainee DJI has had on the job, otherwise it does not look good for our Mavic in the future.  

PS. The trainee should be praised to show maximum flight height right now !!!

I am experiencing the same problem

Same issue. 17min total flight time as well as incorrect total distance being displayd.  On top of thathe digital zoom button mapping to the 5 esy controller no longer works. Pinch to zoom of the screen is fine just seems the button mapping for zoom is buggy. Yes I know zoom does work in 4k... I get the same issue in 2.7 and 1080 and when using stills. This bug is also consistent between my Galaxy S5 and my Tab S2 8"

I can see lost of Minor Signal Errors and some signal loss

like:
Downlink data connection lost for 1 seconds
  Flight time: 11m 02s
  Altitude: 26.0 m
  Home Distance: 114 m

.... also total flight distance is wrong too.  Just flown 22mins and 11000+ ft and according to my flight logs my total time is 17mins with a total distance of 7450ft!!

no ART profile on Android, tested today but is not there...

Today I've updated to 4.1.0 and had the same issue. Flight-Time has been reset to 6 Minutes, but now my Top-Altitude (before it was at around 7500m, now it shows the correct 645m) issue seems to be fixed.

mine everything is eronated there...just flights are ok there

I have send e-mail to DJI Europe, hope they will reply on that!

djI go 4 crashes before it opens with a message Unfortunatelly dji go 4 has stop working after updating to 4.1.0 version. Any feedback. I cannot fly without the app!!!

Start with removing the app cache...

I've only had my mavic a week, but since the 4.1 update I also see all purple - hopefully its just a software issue - the remote control shows full bars for connection

Unfortunately with every update the android version gets worse and worse ......................  I got my Xperia Z Ultra working with GO4 with only rare crashes but after last update it started to crash over and over again even before flight.  First the video transmission is laggy for almost 15-20 seconds as well as flight commands via smartphone-screen (gimbal up/down), sometimes after closing the app and switching off MP and RC and firing it up again I just get a fully blurred pink frozen pixelated image ....................  When finally flying (after 2-4 restarts), after 10 minutes the Video-transmission gets laggy again and commands are not transmitted from the phone.  Above all: after last update, when firing up the RC with the phone connected, GO4 does not autostart anymore ...................  I completely lost my faith in this drone-system . At the beginning it was so much fun and now it is a complete desaster ................
