Hello

I'm trying to install the app on my samsung edge 6+ but for some reason it keep showing a massege that the app has stopped.
I tried to reinstall it, but nothing happnes.
Can you help?

I have the same problem.  Erlier this week the message DJI GO 4 has stopped.  I did not think much about thinkin gthere was new software coming but today I cannot get the app to load.

Clear all cache, remove app, remove all directories and files that are left on your phone, then restart phone and re-install app. Hopefully this works!

Here is the new app update ( 4.1.0 ) working fine, no need to clear or remove files.
Maybe problem with some android versions?

you were right.  Actually I cleared only the cache and it began to work.

It screwed me up too, now can't unlock my usual nfz zones!!!!!

... most of the time that is enough (cleaning cache of app).
