Returning Zenmuse H3 3D for Repair

On my second flight my h3 3d began moving eratically back and forth and up and down. I contacted support and was advised to perform the dvanced calibration from the assistant. I followed instructions for doing he advanced cali. Perfomed the cali...no help. The gimbal has not been creashed or damaged in any way. Worked great the first time...second time, it failed. Where can I find the"return for service policies and instructions"?

Terry, I too am having the same problem.  Nothing fixes the "self excited" uncontrolled motion of the H3-3D.  I am in Palm Springs CA and am supposed to be using this for a PBS TV show in the next 2 weeks.  What is the quickest option for resolving this defective Gimbal problem.
