I've managed to get the black box files out of the RC (as the drone is lost and the find my drone app/flight record is useless because phone disconnected).

I have two questions: 1) Is there any chance of finding out where my drone is from the black box files from the remote control. 2) Is there a way I can open these files? Or do I have to wait for an engineer? I'm holding on to hope

I've emailed the files I got out of the RC through the black box feature on DJI Assistant 2 to DJI Support, fingers crossed

Were you able to get the black box files out of your RC. Tried to connect the RC to the DJI GO4 APP but nothing happens?
