It is a great video. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you too. Luck is the most important thing we need as people to survive - all else is just as coincidental ;-)

Question - was it just your error when piloting or did the drone correct by itself as well?

I flew under bridge one way , and on return it raised a little and hit bridge.

I did the same more or less

Wow - That's really rough to watch and I'm sorry for your loss!  The video was really beautifully shot and edited, but that ending gave me a real sense of fear as where I live and fly is loaded with hawk, falcons and other birds of prey.

Great footage. Oh the irony, that water wheel has lasted eons and your Mavic had such a short life.

Sucks man.

Yes place it in a bucket of rice, both me and my son has had a few water Landings with the mavic. Remove the batteries and places it into a bucket of rice for about 3 days you can use a blow dryer or heat gun to slightly warm the rice with in the bucket for a few minutes each day.
