According to the Mavic Specs, 64Gb is the maximum.

Micro SD™
Max capacity: 64 GB. Class 10 or UHS-1 rating required.

If you try an SD card with a larger capacity you will be the test bunny.

Speed. Buying anything with write speeds faster than 60mbps is overkill. That said, at some point it'll be just as cheap to buy the faster cards.

i tottaly agreed, but if the price not are so "huges" bewteen i will still give a little more for even faster card to the featuer, none body know whats the next version require in speed, and cards are expencis, so if you need to give a little more here and now its can be the price of it, but ofc, if the amount are to high don't give more money ^^

I have a 128GB UHS3 Toshiba card, no issues. And that card is damn cheap! Paid is 38euro Which is very cheap for a UHS3 card.  (Toshiba EXCERIA M302-EA 128GB )

Costco has 64GB Sandisk cards for $27.  Pretty cheap these days to get what you need.

The max bandwidth I have seen the Mavic use is 53 Mbps and any class 10 card is 80 Mbps capable, so totally agree with that statement.

It is not about what that devices max delivers, but the extra cash you need to spend, next time you buy a 4K camera and cannot use that card in your new camera, then it is limited to your older recording devices. Always better, if the cost is not much more, to buy faster card.

Of course buy what works for you.  If you have devices today that need the faster storage and you transfer your cards between devices, then that is the model that works for you.

Where I am coming from:  Usually I have my SD cards dedicated per device, and for the cost difference, this model saves me money over time anyway as the premium for the faster card today will be nothing tomorrow.  When that new device I buy that you talk about eventually comes around, that old card is no longer big enough so I have to buy a new one anyway, every single time this happens!  I'd be out so much more money if I didn't operate this way.

So as I said, buy what works for you, but I have never made this biggest fastest model that is overkill for my device ever work.

Found using Integral Memory cards super reliable. I've got a 4K card 64gb and it's been bullet proof. 90/80mb read write speeds though so it should be!

Why not use 2? If the 128gb fails you got nothing, if one 64gb fails, you still got the other one.

I would rather have several 32gb or 16gb instead of one large one. You can only fly around 27min anyway and i doubt anyone gets a full memory card at 64gb in one flight.
