[size=14.6667px]I bought DJI Mavic drone from their website. After few hours I decided I don't want it from them and decided to cancel so I emailed online - [size=14.6667px][url=mailtonlinesales@dji.com]onlinesales@dji.com[/url][size=14.6667px]. At this time order was in &aposayment Review' page for 2 days at least.

[size=14.6667px]I received response -

[size=14.6667px]We understand that you wish to cancel your order. We're unable to cancel the order yet since it's still in Review Status. Once that the payment was confirmed we will be able to cancel this, you will also have an option for this on our DJI Account.

[size=14.6667px]Now, I go and check account and the order is already in shipped status and I don't see any option to cancel or refund. It's tough getting response back on email and such.

You may cancel before they ahip. Now you must call and seenif you can get a return authorization, if not they are easy to sell

Call your bank and let them block the or cancel any charges from your order, let them know what's going on.

I don't want to sell it to someone else and go through that whole messy business.  I would rather appreciate their business if they take it back since they didn't even deliver it and I submitted (email) about my cancellation soon, 3-4 hours, after I purchased.  So they should not have shipped in first place.

yeah that is what I did.

I called my bank and asked for refund.  They asked me to see if they take it back and if not I will get my payment either way.  My bank will deal with them now.

You could just go to dji online click orders and push the the big blue button that says. REFUND.........

there is not big blue button called REFUND.

My order was in "payment review" process.  There was no REFUND button.

Soon after it changed to 'shipped' so there is no refund button.

I believe refund button only shows up in #3 - payment received.  Which my order stayed in for less than 8 hours or so.

My order says shipped on the DJI website but fedex says they have not received the package can I still cancel?
