Hello there, looking for a little assistance...
First setup on a DJI Follow Focus for my new Ronin-MX and everything was smooth until I went to upgrade the Follow Focus Remote. The Gimbal program froze/crashed on upgrade & remote screen went black, so the upgrade appeared to fail. Now, the remote will not turn on. I attempted the process for a "Forced Upgrade" by holding down the remote's link button with paper clip and pressing power, but it will not turn on. When remote is connected via USB, top left white light is solid on the controller and the Gimbal program shows connects, but shows "GCU must be upgraded" (see attached screen cap.)
Can anyone help? It seems like the controller is a brick from a failed firmware upgrade -- is there another way to re-flash the firmware? Or other ideas? Thanks in advance! - Russell
