I got an email yesterday saying that any orders placed on May 31st or later will be shipped on July 4th.

For those in the USA, how are they shipping? fedEx ground or express?

Did you order 5-31 or after? I ordered on 5-30 when it said 6-10 shipping. My credit card has been officially charged and shipping has been pending since the end of last week but still nothing.

If the administration would could you please check the status of my order - I would not had ordered them if i knew they were not in stock. Thanks Mike

I also preordered the goggles on June 12th. I am having the same exact issue. Still says authorized. They took my payment with no issue but no one has an idea when they will ship out. Other people have ordered after that and have received it without an issue. Extremely frustrating

I have the exact same scenario, saw shipping  on DJI page, but received no tracking yet. I guess it will be soon YEA!

Received a notice with a tracking number  Should be here by Friday in NJ, Happy Days!

I ordered mine on 5-31-2017 and it still has not shipped even though DJI support said it would today.

Sorry to hear that. Just checked, ordered mine on the same day as yours.  Maybe you will get lucky and get a shipping notice later today.

So mine shows shipped. No email yet though.

Yesterday they said “It’s being packed and will ship in 1-2 days”... today it changed to ‘Shipped’ (no email or tracking yet) and support says “It’s being packed and will ship in 1-2 days”. It says it’s shipping via FedEx (FedEx isn’t showing anything coming to my address as of yet).

Had these ‘actually’ shipped on the 4th they ‘might’ have made it in time for a three night trip I’m taking to the coast, however I’m not expecting them now until I am gone.

DJI need to:
A) Stop putting false dates on their marketing.
B) Stop marking items as ‘shipped’ when they are not yet shipped.
C) Actaully inform their customer service reps as to what is ‘really’ going on (If you take 2 days to package a set of goggles there is a problem)

In the end I had low hopes these would make it on time, my Mavic Pro experience got me in the correct mindset for this. I’ll have a neighbor receive them when they finally get here I guess. And as with the Mavic I am fully prepared for a less than fully capable device that will require some type of warranty repair as there is a track record being developed by DJI in this area.

So for being consistent... DJI gets an A... unfortunately it’s due to the consistent disappointment caused by their own poor/false communication and claims and to date unreliable product deliveries. Invest in some serious retooling of your service infrastructure DJI... it’s desperately needed.

I'm buying my Goggles from Foxtech on 4 May 2017 they are slightly cheaper for me in the UK, i'm still waiting.
they have had my money in there bank for all this time and it looks like its going to be at least a month longer.
I have an Inspire 1 and a Mavic Pro, that also took ages to come in stock after it was put on the market.
we are lead to believe its because of hi demand of there products, its probably down to not wanting to lay out the money for manufacturing until they have some numbers for sails.

I  placed my order for the DJI goggles on May 11, 2017. Ordered from B &H. They told me they had not received any more information from dji as to the next shipment and couldn't confirm if my order would be filled  when and if the shipment comes in. I  should have learned from my experience ordering my Mavic pro, but I'm a long-term customer and thought I'd give him another chance. Wrong.   I learned my lesson this time. If they could just give me a definitive answer, I would except that. Anybody else have a similar issue?
