Hi can anyone help me. My old Mavic had a problem and was replaced under warranty. I now have the new one still in the box.Should I delete the app on my iPhone and start fresh but I would like to keep all my usernames and passwords

No need to do that, all will be there, name your new one as the old one, and then you will be fine

You can use the app with how many drones you have. No need to start over. All your synced data will also be preserved.
