After more than 250 nice and smoother flights, my Mavic started to show severe gimbal vibrations.
I made Compass, IMU and Gimbal calibrations, also latest firmware updated, but problem continues.
Flight history without crashes neither hard landings.
This is my second DJI drone (P4pro went under guaranty repair for sensor camera error) and I am wondering if this is bad luck or product related.
Have you also connected to the Assistant2 and restored to factory defaults.
Try that and also watch this video to make sure the gimbal is properly hanging.
If it cannot be resolved then use this link to contact support and send it in for evaluation. http://www.dji.com/support

Thank you Ken.
I will try resetting this afternoon.
Yes, visually checked all gimbal details, antivibration, cables, movements and all appears ok.

I had this happen to me. A couple of flights with such vibrations - after update to .700 - and the last two flights were ok. I did a new IMU calibration and gimbal calibration and all is well now. Haven't had a chance to fly again due to wind conditions but I will double check this once the weather allows. Hopefully it'll be ok now all the time. This really looked like a gimbal problem (after the software update) - let's see later on ;-)

What I noticed that a calibration of compass and IMU right before the flight also helps to solve gimbal issues.
But that worked for my Jello effect, I never had such a nightmare.
Oh, and I still stay on .400
