7 flights, no problems, now unable to start go 4 app (android), 'Unfortunately dji go 4 has stopped' before it starts.
cleared app data & cache, reinstall go 4 (many times) no luck, factory reset tablet, reinstall go 4, still '
Unfortunately dji go 4 has stopped'

I can't do this because the go 4 app will not start.

Hey, sorry to hear you're having this issue. Definitely not a fun thing to go through. Have you tried removing and formatting your SD card?

I'd suggest trying to connect the controller to your PC, then try starting the app. Some people say that helps!

Could you clarify which mobile device you're using? Could you verify what Go app version you're currently running?

Do you recall any firmware updates or software updates you performed from the last time it worked to now that could have affected the unit? Do you have hardware decoding enabled or disabled? Have you tried changing out the USB cable? Does the mobile device appear to be charging when plugged into the RC?

I did get a firmware update about 3 flights before the go 4 crash problem.
checking on hardware decoding status now.
changed the usb cable.
and yes tablet appears to be charging when plugged into RC. (when I open USB options I have 2 options, media device MTP and camera device PTP, it's on media device)

UPDATE - while checking the tablet, Dji Go 4 updated and will now open!  hope all is well.

Hey I found this video. Hope it helps.  

New to Forum and DJI.  New PH4 pro plus with screen.  charged batteries.  turned both on.  Set up screen.  internet. username. updated firmware.  devices communicated.  DJI App comes on.  Says to enter device.  press on that.  "unfortuneately DJI Go has stopped."   I cannot re calibrate since I cannot get past this screen into the app.

I experienced a similar incident, after I updated the latest firmware... my DJI Go 4 app on remote controler P4P Plus can not start and message "Unfortunately, DJI GO 4 has stopped"  still apear in the blank screen, what should I do to solve the problem?
