I once had a user name but something happened and I am now designated a number.  How do I get my name back?  I tried changing it, but get a  you will now be redirected, that doesn't redirect.

If you never set a user name since registration, or the user name is the same with your forum-registered email's pre-fix, then your user name will be displayed as "fans + a random number".
Please access to http://www.dji.com/, click on your avatar at the top right corner, then go to Home-->My Account-->My Profile, you can change the username, refresh the page after saving the settings, it will be fine.

slightly different issue, my profile says i'm in germany. any idea how to change as i live in the uk!

I am trying changing my username from the default name.  I have been trying couple of months with no luck.
