Drone Wrap Shop. Watched the YouTube Video a dozen times. Used the video step by step. Took 5hrs. Flew today. Normal flight envelope. Still enought dark on the bottom for when it's above. I fly mainly against green, brown, and colored darker areas. It really is soo much easier to follow visually for me anyway. I love the White. Just looks killer

Thanks. It was both harder, and turned out better than I expected.

Thank you. It was very tedious. I think anyone who does this for the first time should follow the Drone Shop video for the Green Wrap, not the White. Much slower, better camera angles, clearer methodology.

You did a real nice job, I would like to let others know it doesn't normally take 5 hours to do. I did two of them in under an hour taking my time.

Thanks for the advice.  You really did a nice job, almost looks like you painted it vs some of the other work I've seen.

Yes. I can see that. Toward the end I was really understanding the wrap's characteristics. I have decades of experience with shrink wrap mono coating over wood fixed wing frames. This material is amazing. You do need to pay attention how you tack it, and where you start each section from.

I'm very satisfied. I was having a lot of issues seeing the Mavic along tree lines. This pops out like a spot light. No changes in GPS lock, range, or any other parts of the flight envelope that I can see. Although the bottom of the wrap looks like a solid aluminum coating. It is actually millions of Dots with space in between them.

Thanks again to all for the feedback. Much appreciated.

The white looks awesome.  I watched the video of the green wrap a couple of days ago. I'm afraid I'd mess it up.

I have that same fear!  But Glideslope's results look outstanding - and it does have that Stormtrooper look to it.  I saw another member who wrapped his Mavic in white - which is why when I ordered my Spark, it was ordered in Alpine White!

Two BIG thumbs up, Glideslope!

Controller

Controller

So I'm at it again.  I gave Dji some suggestions on something that irritated me in one of the Wrap Application Videos.  So they thanked me in a response and said that I "Spoke with a True Heart." Ok, maybe at times. They were sending me a thank you. So, yesterday the controller and prop wraps show up needing a signature. So, I have no intensions of using any Prop Wrap ever. Plus I really did not want the controller wrap.

However, I mixed , and cut some new patterns out of the supplied material. I'd like opinions on this. I think it kind of sets my controller apart without going over the edge.

What do you think?
