Have an S1000, with A3, and  LB2.  Will the Matrice 600 Series - Zenmuse X3/X5/XT/Z3 Gimbal Mounting Bracket, Let me use my X3 on the S1000?

Yes, it will. I have a S900 with A3 and LB2, and it works. I haven't made the maiden flight yet though, I am finishing some settings before the flight.

I am doing a Custom build. how are you powering the M600 Gimbal?

Via the included power plugs and the power plugs on the S900 and A3. XT60 plugs if I remember correctly.
