Once again DJI CS proves useless.  I contacted them to get a replacement nut and screw for my mobile device holder and they couldnt even handle that.  How hard is it to send a nut and screw?  So i opened a repair request and Ill send the broken screw to them and see if the repair dept is any better.

DJI-Thor just answered the call... I'm impressed. Most customer service responses *cough Adobe cough* are slow and ineffective. Way to go DJI.
