Mine is shipping, refreshed my order page, marked as Shipped (Combo in white) - I cannot tell you how relieved I am as big trip planned for late June, so now just need to wait eagerly for the email with the tracking number. Terrific news and everything on-time EXACTLY as quoted when I ordered. All credit to DJI.

Guess like everyone who preorder with 24/25 May of combo order got shipped.  Mine turn to shipped this morning and received DHL notification this afternoon.  So DJI did live up with their word and ship on time.  Good job!

That's a negative. I ordered my combo on the 24th in UTC 23:XX:XX and still have my order sitting at shipment pending. I'm on the east coast in USA. Contacted chat this morning after not getting a tracking number and they told me my order won't ship until the 28th.

I guess I was wrong, i said it wont ship on time!

Same here ordered on the 24th around your time , nothing yet, contacted chat this morning just to be told mine is now shipping on the 27th, very dissapointed.

Think it's fair to say so far dji doing a good job shipping, I'm sure there will be a few disappointed but hopefully they get there Spark soon. 55% got it wrong me thinks.

Still no tracking number here. It looks like only people from US are getting it.

Im in the UK and its at my drop point waiting for me to finish work :-)

I ordered on the 25th and am still in the "Payment Success" phase of the order with no shipping confirmation.  I am wondering if it has to do with the color because on Amazon it shows that the White Combo is shipping between June 21-26 but all other colors are not estimated until July 6-14.  What color did those of you who have received shipping confirmations order?

My Blue Combo has changed to shipped.

What day did you place your order?  I also ordered the Blue combo on the 25th but have yet to get a shipped confirmation.  Maybe you ordered on the 24th?

I order my dji spark combo on May 30th and the website it said June 15 will be shipped to me but just now i was in the chat app they said they will start shipping them on June 30th.

That is not what I am asking.  I was wondering if it is because of the color I ordered (Blue) that I haven't seen a shipment confirmation yet.  Many others that ordered white have already shipped but I have only heard of one other colored one that has shipped.

I ordered the Spark Fly More Combo (Alpine White) 2017-05-24 23:30:00 (UTC).  Not shipped yet (Spain). I contacted Customer Support yesterday and got following answer):
«The estimated shipping date for your order will be on June 30 and there would be another 3-5 business days for the delivery...

Don't rush it, they have enough issues.

Just an update for everybody... on the 15th I was told by Customer Service Chat that my White Fly More order on 5/24 UTC 23:XX:XX was expected to ship on the 29th, and I just received tracking information at 11:30pm EST on 6/16. When I ordered, the page said June 15th, but I'm just relieved I'll have it this week and not in early July.

It ships one, two days after

I received mine (white, drone only) by Fedex on the 16th June - one day after release - fantastic service from DJI

Just received notification from Amazon (USA).. I had ordered mine on May 29th; Spark; Fly More Combo; Yellow.  Original ship date of June 15th.  Now Amazon is telling me the ship date is July 10th thru Aug. 2nd!  This is totally crazy!  how can a company get shipping so wrong?  What were they thinking?

If you bought your combo through "Amazon LLC" they are actually all out of stock. I had ordered through them initially with Prime shipping and followed up with them on 6/15 to see when it would ship, and they said the were all out. Amazon CS advised me to buy on Amazon through DJI Official Store as the vendor, which is up on their site right now, but with delivery dates in July (not August). Put my order in ASAP and now have a shipping date between 6/16-6/19 (still not shipped, but credit card is charged and status is "preparing for shipment") and a delivery date sometime before 6/30.

Bummer though, my initial purchase had one-day shipping too. Not sure why Amazon would do us dirty like that if we bought it while it was still in stock.

I was pretty headstrong in purchasing through Amazon too due to better refund and replacement policies and I had a few gift cards to put to use.

Thanks Andy - I noticed yours was in "white", so perhaps that's why it shipped early...?  Nevertheless, I tried your route; canceled original order and then reordered.  It did move my ship date up some - but no confirmation yet.  Annoying!  

Updated my order and it is now shipped!! I ordered it on 2017-05-25 20:57:59 (UTC) from Spain

When did you order yours?

I ordered mine after the day it was released. It was shipped to Australia and I received it on Tuesday as customs needed to confirm the price i had paid for it from DJI before releasing. All good though.

No it's not but now i regret to didn't take the combo- as the 100m maximum distance is so painful, because it considere 100m from the home point, so if you walk with it or follow you it will stop as well.

Don’t expect much different with the RC if you fly in urban area, I got just slight more than 100meters in Hong Kong.
