YOU JUST RUINED MY DRONE AND REMOTE CONTROLLER!!!!
YOU SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN - connect to WIFI on the first line of your message

Swipe down from the top of the screen with your finger.
You'll then have access to the wi-fi setup. Find your wi-fi - enter password
You're now logged in and everything should now work OK
After a re-set you'll be asked again to update the software, but this time it should all install OK

aaaaaaaah, holy cow, I see it know, I thought I was doomed.
But I have not won, I am connected to wifi after this hard reset
I sign in to DJ sign in screen and when I click on sign in after
login and password insert nothing happens - just "signing in"
wheel for 3 minutes now and nothing happening

UPDATE, I AM THERE, thanks!!!!!!!!! I just had to turn off my remote controller and
then turn it on again and I am finally in my settings ready to go drone screen

I swear I WILL NEVER update this drone again, that new update screwed everything, my maps were gone after it, this DJI has definitely the worst updates ever, update it - and your maps are gone and all you have are some chinese symbols and map data error and empty space

and I have just found out, I cant change anything in my settings, I AM NOT in begginner mode, yet, my maximul altitude is now 120M and my home point altitude is 30M, I cannot change it!! I click on it and nothing happens, no screen where I can write new numbers, GOD, this sucks so much, dont know what happened

Has the transmitter been updated to latest software again since the re-set?
I don't seem to have any further problems with my system now

I have to agree - the DJI update routine sucks. I'm a pretty savvy person when it comes to computers, but having just spent over £1800 on a new drone, I'm a bit peeved at how much time it's taken me to successfully update the thing.
Thank the Lord for this forum, as DJI support were as useful as a chocolate fireguard on the day

Hi - And thanks for your info. Now my drone is okay. I now remember a little notice about the update telling me to do a factory reset as the last thing.

Thanks for posting - I had the same problem on my P4P+ controller.  I found a suggestion to reset the controller to factory settings.  I did that - but then I had a problem getting on to  my wifi when I needed to log on to the DJI Go app.  I figured that out.  Once I did that, everything worked fine.  Crisis (and anxiety) averted.

I do the same thing that user NKars wrote and all it work perfectly!!! the maps are appearead again and all it works fine!!!

So one big questio... DJI what the hell are you doing??? I have wrote many and many times and your response was to wait the new firmware upgrade (that it should be released last week!!!!)m and instead a great professionale customer like NKars reache to solve the problem???

I really have no words...

Omg. Too easy.  I'm new to drones and did the update as soon as I bought my drone so I had NO idea about the maps on the system! Thanks.
