PLEASE POST EXACT PHANTOM DETAILS WHEN SEEKING HELP s/w, f/w, etc.

Most anyone on here is willing to help if and when they can,
In order to try to clear up confusion, misunderstanding, guessing, hypothesizing and unnecessary rants, PLEASE include as much detail as you can on your Phantom and it's complete configuration including you Phantom Vision Assistant and RC Vision Assistant Software versions as well as a list of the firmware that YOU KNOW is loaded in your machine when posting a help or situation question..

Screen shots would be the best and leave no chances for errors..

What version RC do you have?
What is your Phantom firmware version?
What is your RC firmware version?

What Version Phantom Vision Assistant are you using?

and version of Vision app?
Android and version of Android ie. Jelly bean or jubejube?
and version of Vision app

Etc....

Think of it like calling or emailing your doctor for an immediate diagnosis without requiring a visit (if you have one that can do that, please let me know, I want their number and/or email address)

Below are great examples of the information you could provide, if you are on a PC, there is a free software called Snipping Tool which i used for the images below, it is free!!, that's right, free!! and easy to install and use and works on most any PC....easy to take a picture of your screen with your set up and would make your life a whole lot easier!!

What would be great is if when you started a new thread you had an "auto tab" field you had to fill out, ie. Pick your model "x", pick your firmware "x", pick your nose "not" and that sort of thing that would at least qualify you/legitamatize you (for lack of better terms)..The whole help thing is great on here but too often more time is spent speculating and the more information you can provide the better, not that i/we don't like to chat and mess around on the PC when we have time but that time is just as or more important on the other end as well...and thanks for the input...

P.S..Is it "George" or "Washington"?

Went up yesterday for just 15 minutes, was going up today but to windy.  Maybe tomorrow.  I had to take off in the road to the park.

I'm going to take these intraocular{:2_36:} lenses the eye doctor put in my eyes.  I just looked again and found the slot for the sd card.
