I would assume it will come back.
There is no logic to this other than some software engineer messing things up while being distracted by pizza delivery.

Well - that's not the case here: All you need to do to make the RTH entry disappear from the app is switching on the RC.

actually, the Spark RC is hardware and it recognizes that and makes adjustments in the App. I can connect my Inspire 2 remote and see the smart RTH... but the P4P or Spark does not.

Both these cases were the remote only and if you switch on the aircraft other things will change in the App as well.

Well it's still not back yet, anyone know for sure if this will return?

Yep the main reason I kept it disabled. The other day I was about 3000 feet out and decided to start a small 3 minute mission, it wouldn't start said not enough battery I was over 50%

Are you still having issues with RTH?
The missing feature actually makes no difference for me with P4P.
I lowered the low battery warning to 15% and I get only one warning if there is just enough juice to get home which I can cancel.
You may want to play with the warning slider and see how that changes things.

I would hope that DJI R&D team could reconsider this feature , a lot of us use this toggle to override the smart RTH in some situations

To me lowering the warning slider made the difference. I used to have it at 25%.

I'll check my setting..not sure what that's at...default I assume

I have a MA and would also like to see the Smart RTH option back........ I have the latest update 4.2.24 in which it's gone.
