I'm trying to track down the status of my repair. I received an email stating that my repaired X5 camera should ship within 5 - 7 business days. Today is day number 10 and I have heard nothing and see no updates when checking my case. I was hoping I would have the camera back before the 16th of this month as I need it for a wedding shoot I'm doing. It seems people get a better idea of where their repair is in the process by posting here instead of dealing with the hassle of phoning customer service.
