INPUT YOUR SERIAL NUMBER

Your serial number can be found in DJI GO > General Settings > About

This is a problem.  What serial number.  There are two in the screen you reference.  Which one do you want ?  Flight Contoller or remote contoller ?  What is the difference between a fight controller and a remote controller.  ? This is the type of thing that you need to fix.  Proofread your documents BEFORE you send them out to HELP us.
