Hi all

I just received my Matrice 600 Pro and X5.

After trying to follow the DJI tutorial on how to mount the X5 I've head a dead end.
Everything has been mounted like the video says. but when i power up the drone the gimbal just hangs dead.
I tried to measure the output of the DC-18V plug and i can only get a reading of 0.62V

Can this connection be turned of through the software or I'm i looking at a broken product?
