The lens is protected by a clear filter.
SImply clean that with a soft cloth and use some alcohol if it needs a little more.

The User Manual suggests using the bag which contains the spare props, to gently rub off surface gunk ( Dead flies, fingerprints etc)
Perhaps remove the spare props from the bag first!  ;)
I'd imagine a proprietary lens-cleaning wipe such as is used for spectacles might well do the job.

These fitted on a battery drill to start.

Then use some emery cloth starting with coarse and moving to finer grades.*

I use a regular camera lens cleaning kit... the right cleaner n the right cloth ... plus sometimes a blow-brush.
But ... I wonder ...? are you trying to c lean the clear lens protective cover that is mounted over the lens ...?
or are you taking that off and cleaning the lens...?
The reason I ask is because drone cameras are prone to scratches on the lens area
and a scratched lens is not fixable
where-as the lens protective cover has a removable cheap glass that is easily replaced if scratched.

Which are you speaking of...?

For my Phantom 3 Pro's front element, I would use an air blower first, then a clean lens cloth, with a small spray of eyeglass cleaner. I would quite strongly advise against using isopropanol.
Also, buy yourself a lens pen.
Hope that helps.

A finger print probably wouldn't show up on your pics or video...  ;-)

In all seriousness, one or two good tips above. Best thing is to avoid getting dirty/dusty in the first place by putting protective cover back on (plastic gimbal lock). I would also try a 'Hufff ' of breath, and a clean lens cloth. I don't think the UV filters are coated , so a touch of isopropyl and clean lens cloth shouldn't do any harm.

The lens or the lens cap should be cleaned with camera lens cleaning products only, it's not worth getting a scratch using anything else, you can find cheap camera lens cleaning products on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=camera%20lens%20cleaner&ssPageName=GSTL

If you ever have the need to clean the inside of the lens cap or the camera lens itself then you can unscrewed the lens cap by turning it anti clockwise.

If you have a scratched camera lens or lens cap then there's not much you can do via the Dji website, the Dji phantom 3 UV camera filter is not available in every country, but I found a few  good alternatives.

I use a microfibre cloth and breath on the lens for this and for all my camera lenses. Works a treat.

A clean Lens cloth, never your clothes.

Moist is better than dry.

My Rocket Blower clears mostly everything but insect residue.

Haven't tried this myself, but it might be worth a try, GPC Lens Pen Its made by the GPC the case people.

Or failing that the angle grinder might do.

the below works pretty good but a bottle of lens cleaner is small enough to fit in your kit bag and will last forever.
