I noticed few threads about rusty screws on mavic, i am having similar symptoms, on my remote, on the contact point screws, they get rusted. Likely due to skin moisture, salt ? etc…So just my suggestion to Dji, it would be better if you have used a better screw in these areas.

p.s I am head of technical for large international company which understand manufacturing failure rate, standard deviation, coefficient of variance, in-valid complaint and a humble opportunity for improvement (OFI).  So Dji, it’s your call to park my feedback under which category.
