now i cant find compass callibration or IMU calibration buttons...
any clues?

Just go to sensors you can calibrate from there but if you got no warning or were prompted why would you want to calibrate.

I have always calibrated the compass before every flight.
and have calibrated gimbal and IMU every week.
its something we are advised to do before every flight and it used to be on the front screen...now it's gone!

After the updates my compass was way off. It actually failed when I first fired it up. Camera settings had also all changed.  I  rechecked EVERY setting and recalibrated IMU and COMPASS before takeoff. Five minutes for peace of mind.

You don't need to do any calibrations , unless you are prompted, if you read the manual it clearly tells you NOT to calibrate, .
It is more likely you will get a bad compass if you keep that up.
